What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data in connection with the intelliskill.co.uk website and any enquiry you send us through it. It does not cover the separate terms that govern any advisory engagement, which are set out in a written agreement.
The information we collect
This website has no accounts and no sign-up. We collect personal data when you choose to contact us, either through the contact form on this site or by emailing one of the addresses linked here. The form asks for your name, email address, an optional organisation, and an optional message. We only receive what you choose to send.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs for security and reliability. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve those fonts, your browser requests them from Google's servers, and Google may process your IP address for that purpose.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you send to respond to and manage your enquiry and, where a working relationship follows, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, the performance of pre-contract steps.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use reputable service providers, such as email and website hosting, who process data on our instructions and under appropriate contracts. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by our form provider, Tally, acting as a processor on our behalf. Tally is based in the European Union, so contact form submissions are processed within the EU. Where any provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data
- ask us to delete data, or restrict or object to its use
- ask us to transfer certain data to you or another provider
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at enquiries@intelliskill.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to address your concern first.
